AWAKENING TO YOUR WHOLE SELF

Everything is connected.

The conscious mind knows much and your body's inner wisdom knows much more. In visualizing an ice-berg the conscious mind can be thought of as the tip of the ice-berg and the mind and body's deep inner wisdom, as everything below.

We often give expression to this deep inner knowing, when we talk about 'a gut feeling' or 'the butterflies in my stomach', even if our conscious minds have limited understanding for the reasons why.

Your mind and body are continually communicating with each other to find the best balance possible. When stress is experienced, whether from work and/or relationship challenges, the demands of modern life, trauma, loss, or from our own internal negative thoughts and beliefs, this balance can become compromised which may result in symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, a general feeling of discontent, confusion, etc. These symptoms are the body's way of communicating that something important needs help, assistance, and/or attention.

When you practice a deeper communication between your conscious mind and your body's inner wisdom, not only may greater clarity and insight develop, but an inner shift often takes place,
creating real possibilities for observable, lasting, positive change.
